BEST MOVES FOR A FLAT BELLY
Are you ready to get a serious ab burn on? We’re going to do a 10-minute routine that targets the pooch area, it’s that time of year to do some serious belly blasting!
I have a great tip for working the lower abs and not your back: grab a towel or t-shirt and place it under your back, right above your hips, before doing exercises on the floor. Then test this method by raising your legs and engaging your core – if you pull on the sides of the towel or shirt, it should stay right in place!
